Perfume Saaz Return Policy At Perfume Saaz, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns. Please read our return policy below to understand the process. Conditions for Return:

  1. Eligibility:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. • Items must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle and be in the same condition as received. • The product should be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have less than 90% of the fragrance remaining. • Custom or personalized orders. • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions. Return Process:

  1. Return Approval:

• Once we approve your return request, you will receive a return confirmation along with instructions on how to return your item.

  1. Shipping the Product:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Refund Process: • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Damaged or Incorrect Items: • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@perfumesaaz.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs. Exchange Policy: • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order.
